What's going on? I can't remember the last three nights, and I'm covered with scratches and... and blood - I don't think it's my own.

The world seems larger then before, full of confusing noise and interesting smells. The animal broke into an easy trot as it searched. The smell of humans was strong - frail things that make terrible noises and kept smaller prey within close quarters, making helpless prey even easier to snatch.

The chickens clucked nervously as they could sense something outside their little house, and the clucking turned to a screech as the wolf leap on top of the shabby coop. It's weight easily crushed the flimsy structure, and it's jaws snapped around the neck of a cornered hen.

The strangled noises that the poor bird made, combined with the splintering of wood had caused a stir among the humans in the towering places as lights turned on, and people started to file out with long sticks, and little things that gleamed in the dark.

The wolf ran off with it's prize, as the humans hunted it - it leaped over flat wood and topple shiny cylinders, and it sprang up on top of the large cold thing and threw itself over the transparent barrier that would have cornered it if that large cold thing was not there.

The air suddenly rippled, and grew chilled as the gloomy, sweet place of stone vanished, and the wolf found itself in an even stranger place, full of even more people, but also with animals. It still held onto the dead bird possessively as it slinks away from the noise to find a safe place to eat, it's ears flat against it's skull.

Preferably away from that obnoxiously bright thing that flashed like fireflies.

Maxi's talking costumes again. I thought he would decide he is too cool for Halloween, but apparently not.

I would not be surprised if he went as a Pirate... again. Yes he has this obsession with pirates - I do not understand it at all, least he does not dress up as one every year.

Well, I like the parties and hanging out with my friends, but Maxi's ideas for group costumes can be... uh odd. And yet I go along with it every year - so go ahead and paint "Doormat" on my back.

First year we did it, he was a pirate, and I was a Ninja - I still do not understand that one. Can anyone please explain?

Then Ghostbusters, that was I admit pretty fun - wished he did not have to do the "Yes sir, this name has no..." line about our Principal. You can imagine the problems that caused.

I got to suggest the next one, we were the "Real men of the old west". Now that was fun, though the water pistols probably not a bright idea - it was a pretty cold year.

anyway, he wants to be a Myth-thing. If he suggest I am to be The monkey-king, I will probably do something... not very nice.

Good grief, why did I picked the Beatles for last night's music? Maxwell's Silver Hammer is a Nightmare Maker...

And uh...

How do you shave without nicking yourself?

Kilik was sprawled over the loose sheets of his bed, earbuds plugged firmly to block out the choppy noises of the old an venerable fan that kept his room nice and cool.

Listen well, for I am only doing this once )

Kilik cried out as he fell to the floor with a thud as the lyrics of a song whispered in his ear.

Clang! Clang! Maxwell's silver hammer
Made sure that he was dead.

Whoa, oh, oh Silver hammer,

hahahaha...

The young man groaned as he reached for the stop button. "Oh hell... what was that about?"

Huh. I kept having dreams of blood-stained lotus flowers as of late, and I often woke up after those dreams, and for a moment, I do not remember where I am.

I am kind of scared.

Is "Not remembering where you are" normal sometimes? And what does the images mean?

I cannot seem to get enough of these, despite that they're complete time-wasters. I'm putting these up because I think they're wrong.

:D!

I stopped by the shelter today to give Cassandra that tape she asked for, and I - I do not know why, but I decided to take a look, and found this dog. I had to call Father for permission, but when I sent him the photo, he agreed!

so I have a dog, well - a second dog, we have another one named Frankie. She's a Samoeyed-mix, and I need a name.

I was going to call her Smiles, but father said it's a stupid name for a dog so I came up with the following:

-Xiangfu

-Mei Mei

-Eleanor

-Cheery

Any suggestions?

Okay - Hannah, Ara, and Kurt - I'm up to the spar.

Also - Xianghua's mother needs a little help with her bakery, and I decided (well, Xianghua bribed me - but it's peanut butter buns, no one can resist them) to help out, and got a fair amount of two-day olds I can bring into the Sanctuary.
[to general]

I was afraid of this, someone claiming that China deserved the Earthquakes they had, and Sharon Stone claimed that this was Karma.

To be honest, I'm furious. That is not Karma, Karma's much more complicated, it's - well, it's closer to describe it as the law of casuality, though the result of the karmic forces reflect on one's reason behind their actions. it's not just a simple "You do bad, and you get bad back instantly". It's hard to put in exact English terms, but it's not the way most people put it.

and also, that remark was in very bad taste.

In other news, Father was talking about going on another trip for his studies, this time to Angkor Wat during the summer. With any luck, I can come along with him.

Ugh. I hate Punctuation. Split Commas, proper use of Semicolons - and spelling rules. I before E except after C, except Weird and such - why does English have to be confusing? Do they do this to see how long a person can study it before going stark raving mad?

Oh well, least my father and Xianghua is helping me out with that.

And those of you guys who read my old blog may wonder why A. I moved, and B. Why I no longer write in my native language.

Let's say I made the mistake of posting an unpopular opinion on a hot-topic issue, and got blackballed by non-expatriates. I do not want to go into details.

Welcome to my journal!

There's been quite a few things that happened for me during this week, let's see.

-Had to restrain Maxi, AGAIN before he could go after Officer Roth. Sure that man is... a bigoted, abusive person who doesn't deserve his badge, but I don't want my friend to end up in Juvie again, or get seriously hurt.

-Went to pick up a Sutra that my father had received from Cambodia. Mr. Chai was a little annoyed that I was late, but I'm afraid it wasn't entirely my fault this time. Xianghua wasn't there, so I couldn't get a chance to ask her to help me with my English homework.

-Found this strange bar that is apparently a gateway to multiple worlds. I thought that I was dreaming at first, but I guess I wasn't. There were a few nice people there, Dinah Christine, Emi, and Mr. Rassilon. There was also a Princess named Azula... I have to say I do not care for her too much.

-Mr. Rassilon gave me a PINpoint to use in case I end up in the 'nexus' again.
